Crime Victims Legal Assistance Project (CVLAP) is seeking a Staff Attorney focused on serving survivors of domestic violence with their immigration law needs, including, but not limited to, VAWA Petitions, U-Visas, Adjustment of Status, and Work Authorization. This Staff Attorney will be housed in the Ypsilanti or Kalamazoo offices of Farmworker Legal Services and be a part of the larger statewide CVLAP program, which is comprised of lawyers who represent victims of domestic violence in a variety of civil legal proceedings, including assistance with family, housing, consumer, and public benefits law. Applicants must reside in the state of Michigan.
